I will design a personal program for you using assessments, & the elements of fitness, such as cardiorespiratory health, flexibility and balance training. By the end of our time together (On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic) you will have an increased range of motion, more flexibility, gain lean muscle mass and increased cardiorespiratory health-this all of course depends on your goals, which we will discuss.
I use an app called Trainerize and this will enable me to program workouts for you virtually. This app is easy to use and very user friendly! You'll love it! Plus you can record your daily meals and track your macros. 💙🏋️♂️
